The Costa-Jackson Sisters

Ginger, Marina, and Miriam Costa-Jackson are three classically trained opera singers—sisters by birth and artists by choice—who have each forged successful international careers. Though their paths have often taken them to different stages around the world, their shared grounding in vocal excellence, musicality, and performance has remained a common thread. In 2025, they marked a milestone together when all three appeared in Carmen at Florida Grand Opera—Ginger in the title role, with Marina and Miriam alternating as Micaëla—the first time the sisters have sung in the same opera production.

Earlier, in 2018, Ginger and Marina portrayed the sisters Dorabella and Fiordiligi in Seattle Opera’s Così fan tutte, bringing their real-life sibling dynamic to the stage in a production noted for its compelling chemistry. In 2019, the trio reunited for the “Three Singing Sisters” concert at Seattle Opera, showcasing their individual talents and familial harmony in a diverse program spanning opera, Broadway, and Neapolitan songs.
